Frequently asked questions
Your questions
What is a compilation engagement?
Financial statements prepared by a CPA from information provided by the business, without an audit or review. They are often sufficient for tax purposes and for many financial institutions. It used to be called a “Notice to Reader.”
Do you offer audits or review engagements?
No. The firm focuses on compilation, tax and advisory services. If your situation requires an audit or a review, I'll tell you during our first call.
I keep my own books. Can you just prepare my financial statements?
Yes. I start from your records, review them and make the necessary adjustments before preparing your financial statements and returns.
How often is the follow-up done?
Depending on your needs: monthly, quarterly or annually. We'll discuss it during the free call, based on the size of your business and your goals.
